At a magical time of the year for reflection and gratitude, I wanted to take some time to express my deepest gratitude to all the people who have supported Island Flow Yoga since the very beginning and the ones who just recently joined our ohana. Thank you to the visitors from all over the globe that have made it to our Sunrise Yoga classes.
I can’t believe it has almost been a year!! Although building a new business has its trying moments, ultimately being able to witness the breakthroughs and growth that students experience on a daily basis through their yoga practice make Island Flow Yoga a dream come true... it reminds me that it's all worth it.
So thank YOU for keeping me grounded and focused. Thank you for making it a joy to wake up with the sun. Thank you for rolling out your mat.
