Why Practice Yoga at Sunrise?
Something wonderful happens when you roll out your mat and prepare to witness the sun climbing over the water. The air is cool and fresh. The light is soft and golden. The world hasn't fully woken up yet, and neither have the demands on your time, your attention, or your energy. That window is sacred. And at Island Flow Yoga, it's one of our favorite times to move. The morning just hits different in Hawaiʻi We're a little biased, but there's no sight quite like the island skies at sunrise.
