Welcome it all without attachment.

“Do you have the patience to wait till your mud settles and the water is clear? Can you remain unmoving till right action arises by itself? The master doesn’t seek fulfillment. Not seeking, not expecting, she is present and can welcome all things.” ~ Lao Tzu

Welcome it all without attachment.

View every situation as an opportunity for growth and you will never stop growing.

Non-attachment to a past belief or a younger version of yourself? Yep.

Non-attachment to winning an argument or a competition? Absolutely.

Easier said than done?? FOR SURE. It’s hard to “remain unmoved” when there is so much movement happening. It is hard to relax your face when you are fighting gusts of wind and sand blasts during Vrksasana, tree pose!

We are presented with distractions and triggers from all directions all day. We can choose to believe that we are strong, steadfast and able to balance on one foot withstanding the wind, like a tree connected to the earth by its roots.

It is challenging to find focus and clarity when it feels like the world is relentlessly trying to distract and confuse...

But not impossible.

we got this. you got this.

“I got this, you got this

My friend is by my right, ay

I got this, you got this

Now you know it...

it’s Friday” ~Rebecca Black

Have a great weekend!

Sarah
