Farewell 2020

We’re going to make it! As if some magical switch on January 1 will flip to free us from this wild ride of a year. A year we thought was bound to be the best year ever. A year where many expectations were shattered and new challenges were presented to us. A year of patience and learning.

For many, the end of the year is a time of reflection, of looking back at the highlights and lowlights of the year. Cherishing the fond memories and also honoring the struggles.

📝Some journal prompts, if you’re into it:

What did I learn?

How can I do better?

What can I let go?

Where can I spend more / less time?

Why do I show up every day?

Remember to be kind to yourself. It’s really okay if you didn’t write a book or compose a song or build a masterpiece during quarantine. You likely have a new perspective on your goals and priorities.

How are you preparing for 2021? How are you feeling?
