You will learn the basics of meditation, including different techniques and approaches, and how to incorporate meditation into your daily life. We will also discuss the origins and science behind meditation and its many benefits. Meditation is a practice that has been used for centuries to cultivate inner peace, clarity, and well-being. It has roots in many different spiritual and cultural traditions, including Hinduism, Buddhism, Taoism, and more recently, western psychology and neuroscience. Today, meditation is widely recognized as a powerful tool for improving mental and physical health, and is practiced by people from all walks of life and all over the world We hope this course will provide you with the tools and knowledge to establish a consistent meditation practice and improve your overall well-being. Let's get started on this 7-day journey together! Once you begin, you will receive daily messages explaining your challenge for the day. You will have the opportunity to answer some self-reflection questions and jot down some notes and comments after each session to from your practice to share with me.
