Sunrise Beach Yoga

Service Description

Wake up to the beautiful sunrise and breathe in the ocean air with an invigorating Sunrise Flow practice at Kailua Beach! The practice is gentle and open to all levels. We meet at the Kailua Beach Park parking lot, right by the canal and boathouse across from Buzz's (after crossing the small bridge over the canal). You will be emailed the exact pin location when you register. Then we will walk to the practice spot together. Sometimes it can be a bit windy or chilly, so bring layers. In case of rain or high winds, we may need to cancel class. Mats available for $1 rental. If you need to rent a mat, please select the Class + Mat option when booking.
